Prime Time: Tell Us Why You Mad Son! (Video)
If you missed this weekend’s NFL Network’s Total Access show, then you missed Deion Sanders being a bit upset about his ranking on the Top 100 Players.
Sanders was ranked #34 on the much anticipated list. And Sanders wasn’t quite too happy about his ranking. Saying he was, “appalled”, and that he only likes the #34 because of the late, great Walter Payton.
Sanders also is upset about the amount of defensive guys listed on the Top 100 list (37 total), and saying that, if defense wins game, where’s the love??!!
But it gets down right dirty when, at one point, Sanders suggests that someone be slapped with baby powder for ranking him so low. LMAOOOO! Prime Time wants the committee to be pimp slapped in honor of having him listed sooo loooow on the list! I really love Deion a little bit more for suggesting such disrespect to the panel. Listening to him vouch for a higher spot is classic “Prime Time”. I feel you, Deion! No one wanted any parts of you when you played, I’m on the “Raise Deion’s Top 100 Stock” bandwagon!

*dead* @ this video. I mean I can understand where Deion is coming from. When I was growing up, he was the Top Cornerback in the league and when he played Special Teams — Watch out now. But he also has to understand that long before he came into the league, there where cornerbacks and punt returners that were the best at those positions. Also offensive players are the highlight of the game. I thought he knew that.

I’m with you NLFchick. I’m the bandwagon as well. Deion was prototype for every CB who was birth after 1980. Every time you see the #21 on the field now worn by corners is a prime example. Let’s not forget he also went and played baseball professionally in the off season. So for some years he didn’t the proper rest his body needed after the season and still remained the best corner in the leauge. There were great players at corner in the leauge before he came on board but how many were better. And for the 19 quaterbacks that was chosen how many through away from him. @ Derek …When you hear “best lock down corner” who else comes to mind? We have more room on the wagon.
